Vainglorious: A Celestial Reflection

Vainglorious showcases my contemplation of the relationship between angels and our creative evolution. Inviting viewers to reflect on the significance of angels as agents of transformation, muses that gather to support our emergence into our truest selves.

The idea is, that in the act of creation we appease the angels, allowing them to assist us through art in bridging the gap between our conscious and unconscious selves.

It reflects an inborn desire to express and evolve, capturing the essence of our imagination, the gift that rises from within as we navigate darkness.

Drawing from the wisdom of the Gene Keys, vanity has been referred to as ‘the final trial’ in the three trials that lead to self realisation, along with forgetting and distraction.

Yet, vanity is the gateway to a pure heart, through learning to love yourself you learn how to love everyone else demanding an all mighty leap out of yourself all together.

Vainglorious has 9 wings, 9 being the ultimate number of completion, finality and the highest celestial order.

This limited edition print invites art lovers to embrace their own personal expression, while participating in self discovery, serving as a reminder that true creativity is born from the light that emerges when we dare to truthfully explore the depths of our being.
